Tuttle’s New HBMX Targets Memory Semiconductor Ecosystem

On Tuesday, June 2, Tuttle Capital premiered the Tuttle Capital Concentrated Memory Stack ETF on Cboe. Operating with an expense ratio of 95 basis points, HBMX offers exposure to pure-play memory stack companies in the rapidly growing memory semiconductor ecosystem.

The <ins>Roundhill Memory ETF</ins> (DRAM) has a similar focus to HBMX. As the most dominant ETF debut of 2026, DRAM recently crossed $14 billion in AUM after launching just two months ago. A comparison with HBMX reveals distinct strategic variations, however. DRAM utilizes a highly-concentrated model, with less than a dozen holdings as of early June. The strategy mandates that portfolio companies generate at least 50% of their revenue from memory semiconductor manufacturing or development. Additionally, DRAM requires a minimum market capitalization of $10 billion and an average daily trading volume of $5 million for its constituents. The lion’s share of its portfolio is in non-U.S. exposures.

In contrast, HBMX employs a more flexible investment framework, permitting inclusion regardless of market capitalization or trading volume. While it shares a focus on the memory semiconductor sector, HBMX operates with a lower memory-related revenue threshold of 25%. The fund also maintains a slightly broader portfolio of approximately 20 to 35 holdings.

Second, each of these ETFs also boasts over $100 million in total assets under management to help steer investors away from less established funds. As always, investors of all experience levels are advised to use stop-loss orders and practice disciplined profit-taking techniques.

There have been some major headlines dominating the stock market so far this year. From geopolitical risks following conflicts in Venezuela and Iran to the continuous discourse surrounding an AI bubble, several macroeconomic factors loom over the markets. Through it all, concentration risk remains as one of the most direct threats to investors and it continues to weigh on portfolios as other market pressures heat up.

Why Stock Buyback Leaders Are Screening Into the VictoryShares Free Cash Flow ETF

Free cash flow (FCF) is a critical measure for identifying high-quality companies, particularly in a market environment marked by ongoing uncertainty. Companies that consistently generate strong cash flow often have the financial flexibility to strengthen their businesses, return capital to shareholders, and create long-term value. One of the most visible ways they do this is through stock buybacks. In a recent webinar, “Beyond the Style Box: Finding Quality Companies With Free Cash Flow,” the VictoryShares team discussed how FCF can help investors identify companies with the potential for durable growth, attractive valuations, and shareholder-friendly capital allocation.

Bitcoin & Quantum Computing: A Manageable Risk With a Long Runway

Earnings Analysis: US Exceptionalism

AI spending has driven US markets in the face of macro uncertainty.

US Large-Cap earnings continue to accelerate.

Small-Cap and Japan are showing signs of strength, while Europe remains a relative laggard.

While headlines are focusing on geopolitical conflict and mixed macroeconomic data, the S&P 500 has powered to new highs, on the back of exceptional earnings, in our view. Looking at the chart below, we see that earnings expectations have not just remained resilient in the face of economic headwinds, they have actually accelerated this year.

How BBB-B CLOs Seek to Outshine High Yield Corporates in 2026

Investors searching for yield in 2026 may have reached a crossroads. They can accept the duration and default risks associated with high-yield corporate bonds. Alternatively, they could pivot toward the structural seniority inherent in many collateralized loan obligations (CLOs).

The ETF Evolution: How a 1993 Idea Changed Investing

Exchange-traded funds (ETFs) have been around for over three decades. Objectively, they’ve come way farther than investors and advisors ever expected back at launch. When the first ETFs were introduced in the U.S. back in 1993, the wrapper was seen as little more than a means for passive access to well-known indices. Nowadays, ETFs span everything from active management to thematic investing, offering low-cost, diversified market exposure across thousands of funds.

Solve the Cash Conundrum With Highly Rated CLO ETFs

As of the end of the first quarter, there was approximately $8 trillion in money market funds — a staggering sum, considering the recent performance of equities. Yes, some of that capital is “dry powder” for institutional investors or required cash reserves for fund managers, but $8 trillion is still a jaw-dropping amount.

AI Agent Infrastructure: Why Enterprises Need a Control Plane

Artificial intelligence is advancing beyond standalone large language model (LLM) demonstrations and shifting into AI agents. However, there needs to be a solution for an enterprise-grade control plane before corporations can scale these autonomous agents from demos into live production. Widespread deployment requires robust layers of identity, permissions, observability, evaluation, workflow integration, and security controls.

Easy Ways Advisors Can Start Using AI Today

Want to know how other advisors are using AI to grow and better serve clients?

In this episode of the Advisor Turntable Podcast, Brendan Ryan sits down with financial advisor — and long-time friend — Gerald Gugger to discuss why AI isn’t replacing financial advisors, but is quickly becoming a competitive advantage for those who choose to use it.

They walk through how Gerald is already incorporating AI into his day-to-day practice — from simple prompts you can go use right now to an advisor-focused AI assistant integrated directly into his client workflow. The conversation focuses on practical adoption, time savings, and how AI can enhance the human side of advice rather than replace it.

He’s not selling anything — just sharing what he’s learned for advisors who want an easy place to start or don’t want to fall behind.

Municipal bonds enjoyed a relatively strong run in 2025, and even began the new year on a high note, but even these assets were exposed to some of the macroeconomic problems caused by conflict in the Middle East. In the month of March alone, the <a target="_blank"
